The following Rules constitute the governing document of the Anglo-Portuguese Society and set out the framework for the governance and administration of the Society, including its charitable purpose, membership structure, and the responsibilities of its Committee and officers.

Founded in 1938, the Society operates in accordance with these Rules as adopted by its members. They are published here for inspection and reference in the interests of transparency and good governance.
